About

Ruth's research relates to lifelong individual creative career development in higher, adult and informal education contexts. She is particularly interested in university program development for graduate employability.

'Creating Innovators', Ruth's fellowship project, builds and tests theory about the development and deployment of innovation capabilities in professionals working in the key sectors of science & technology, and the creative industries. The theory will then be used to inform curriculum development in university and professional education programs.

Ruth's PhD research took a longitudinal approach to the investigation of individual and contextual predictors of Creative Industries graduate employability and early career success.
